In detail

The Lumina Tower is an architectural work of both simple and powerful form, with a strong presence in the landscape of Fort-de-France.
Connected to the city and the coast, it is a real visual appeal from the sea and the land. This presence is very assertive during the day and is reinforced by a low height of neighboring buildings.

The lighting designed for this tower therefore tends to magnify this non-negligible verticality in the urban landscape.

Through a sober but dynamic lighting proposal, we wished to highlight the architectural gesture, to subtly integrate the tower into the urban night panorama and to assert its singularity.

We also studied the design and integration of luminous screens on the tip of the roof as well as at the head of the main entrance in order to also contribute to the communicative signage of the building.

Summed up in moving luminous lines, it is, at night, refined, slender and attractive.
