The new landscaping set up by the landscaping project management team gives back a full place to pedestrians and encourages local commerce as well as the rediscovery of Cadené's heritage.
The new lighting design favors technical solutions based on the built-up fronts in order to free the spatially constrained spaces from any emergence.
Two lighting treatments are addressed: the functional aspect of lighting (technical quality of the response with the insertion in a dense urban fabric but on a human scale), as well as the "sensitive" aspect of light (enhancement of architectural details, buildings and remarkable plants as punctuations of these new developments).
The statue of the Tambour d'Arcole square and the fountain of the 14th of July square are particularly valued and find a complementary central place which participates in the identity of the commune.
